Terms of Service and License Terms for every beat u need. Last updated 2026.
1. Terms of Service
Acceptance. By accessing or using every beat u need (the “Platform”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Accounts. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into contracts. Producers are responsible for the beats they upload; buyers are responsible for staying within the tier they license.
Acceptable use. Do not upload content you do not own or have cleared, infringe others’ rights, misuse the Platform, attempt to circumvent usage caps, or resell a beat as a standalone instrumental. Violations may result in content removal and account termination.
2. License Terms
When you buy a license you enter a beat license agreement directly with the producer. Leases are non-exclusive — the same beat may be licensed to other buyers and remains resellable until an Exclusive license is sold. An Exclusive license removes the beat from sale. Every tier requires the credit “Produced by {alias}” and applies a 50/50 publishing split (50% producer / 50% artist on the underlying composition). The five tiers are:
Basic — MP3 Lease
MP3 (untagged). Up to 2,500 units, 500,000 audio streams, 2,500 free downloads, 1 music video (up to 500,000 monetized streams), no radio, non-profit performances only, no YouTube monetization. Valid until a cap is reached; upgrade required thereafter.
Premium — WAV Lease
WAV + MP3 (untagged). Up to 5,000 units, 1,000,000 audio streams, 5,000 free downloads, 2 music videos, 2 radio stations, for-profit performances and monetization within the caps. Valid until a cap is reached.
Trackout — Stems Lease
WAV + MP3 + track stems. Up to 10,000 units, 2,000,000 audio streams, 10,000 free downloads, 3 music videos, 3 radio stations, for-profit performances and monetization within the caps.
Unlimited Lease
WAV + MP3 + track stems. Unlimited units, streams, downloads, music videos, and radio stations; for-profit performances and unlimited monetization. Perpetual and non-exclusive.
Exclusive License
WAV + MP3 + track stems with unlimited usage across every category. Perpetual and exclusive: the producer removes the beat from every beat u need and all stores within seven days and issues no new licenses. Non-exclusive leases sold before the exclusive remain valid.
The controlling document for any purchase is the full license agreement generated and stored at checkout, governed by Traktrain-standard terms.
3. Platform Fee
No platform fee — producers keep 100%. every beat u need charges no commission on sales. Producers receive 100% of each sale (net of any third-party payment-processing costs).
every beat u need is a marketplace facilitator only. We are not a party to the license agreement between the producer and the buyer, and we make no warranties regarding the beats themselves.
4. Payments & Refunds
Beats are digital goods delivered immediately. All sales are final. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and expressly waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation once the download begins; this consent is recorded with your order.
If a beat is later removed for a valid copyright claim or was materially misrepresented, contact us and we will review the individual case.
5. Governing Law
Except where a specific license agreement states otherwise, these Terms and each license are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
6. Privacy
We store your account details and activity only to operate the service. We never sell your personal data. Sensitive data is never placed in URLs.
